RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, you may return any unopened product within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Please note that, as stated in our terms, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for unwanted items.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, you may request an exchange or return within 14  days of receiving it. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team (returns@balanzenutrition.co.uk) with your order number and photos of the faulty item. Once approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange or return.

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2  business days.

  • Delivery times:

    • UK: 2-5 business days

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping times may be affected during peak periods or due to unforeseen delays with the courier.
